Greenlee's quick change stainless steel hole cutters are a specialty tool designed for primary saw applications. They feature carbide-tipped teeth and are capable of cutting through stainless steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum, and brass with a maximum cutting depth of 3/16 inches. The hole cutters have a saw diameter of 1-3/8 inches and an arbor hole of 3/8 inches.

The replacement arbor is manufacturer number 645-011, and the replacement pilot drill is manufacturer number 645-001. The quick change arbor allows for easy swapping of cutter heads, with removable cutter heads available in sizes from 5/8-inch to 3-inches. A flange stop prevents over-drilling, and an ejector spring on sizes above 3/4-inch makes removal of the slug easier.

The precision carbide teeth ensure optimum performance and durability, while the replaceable, cobalt-steel pilot drill with a split-point tip helps prevent walking. The hole cutters require a minimum chuck size of 3/8-inches.
